Aside from eating fresh, raw, local honey on toast made from homemade bread, there’s nothing we enjoy more than teaching people about honeybees. We are available to speak to groups of any size (from ages 3 to 103): school classrooms, church gatherings, civic organizations, Boy/Girl Scout troops, homeschool communities, you name it. We are committed to public service, so we do not charge for educational offerings (but we won’t turn down lemonade, graham crackers, or your best piece of pie!).
We believe that knowledge is power, and the more people know about honeybees, the better our world will be. Honeybees are amazing insects, and have many things to teach us about community, organization, self-sacrifice, and the natural world. Contact us to share more about your group, and to schedule a time for us to come visit.
